First Connection/Follow-Up
This is where you will learn about how to view behaviors through the lens of the nervous system. These sessions are tailored specifically to you and your family. We will work together to build deeper connections and reduce stress. You will have access to my calendar to schedule your own sessions at your convenience.

In Home Connection
At home visits we will work to apply the neuroscience lens to the working part of your home. We will analyze rhythms and routines and identify areas to adjust for better function and connection.

I am an educator, not a therapist. I provide education for parents through the lens of the nervous system with neuroscience backed strategies. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
